Wow. What a great event. The NELHA Fish Farmers Market debut was a great success. Many thanks to the organizers at Friends of NELHA and to all the participating vendors. Friday's market was filled with exciting local sea foods and produce, and a wonderful cooking demonstration by Olelo paa Faith Ogawa, a local private chef. Ogawa prepared seafood from the aquaculture farms and talked about benefits of each product.
