Our Kahuku Shrimp Truck Sea Salt is part of our North Shore Sea Salts collection. It is made with 100% Pure Hawaiian Salt, hand harvested on our own Kona Salt Farm from mineral-rich and pristine deep ocean water. We blend this salt in our Honolulu kitchen using roasted garlic, lemon powder, parsley and chili pepper flakes. This flavor was inspired by the shrimp trucks on the North Shore of Oahu where you can enjoy fresh buttery garlic shrimp.
The North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii, is world-famous as the home of big wave surfing. In recent years it has also become known for a wide variety of culinary delights and our three North Shore flavored sea salts play homage to these new traditions in a fun and tasty way.
